Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Batching, Mixing and Grinding Systems

The quality of a blend leaving the mixer depends directly on the precision of the upstream weighing process and the reliability of the downstream conveying equipment. At Paul Techno Process (PTP), we engineer batching, mixing, and grinding as a fully integrated, single-stage process. Our transfer legs on either side of the unit are custom-designed to ensure seamless material flow without segregation, bottlenecking, or product loss.

Vibratory Feeders

Where a mechanical screw conveyor would grind delicate material and a belt conveyor would spill it, a vibratory feeder provides gentle, contact-free advancement. Product moves forward in small micro-hops with nothing touching it except the sanitary surface of the tray or tube. Paul Techno Process (PTP) supplies vibratory tube and tray feeders fully integrated into automated batching, sieving, and packing lines.

Packaging systems

Intake and dispatch are where powder meets people, and where most of a plant's dust and manual handling sits. PTP engineers both ends — bag dump stations, bulk bag unloaders and bulk bag fillers — with capture and weighing designed in.

Industrial automation

PTP builds the control system as part of the plant rather than as a layer added over it. Industrial control systems that sequence the equipment PTP designed, with the interlocks and recipe handling the process actually needs.

Dry bulk tankers

PTP designs dry bulk tankers for food and non-food products, and supplies the loading and unloading equipment at both ends. Design and engineering are PTP's; fabrication is carried out by a third-party fabricator to that design.

Sifters and sieving systems

Screening earns its place three times over — at intake, in the middle of the process, and immediately before packing. PTP supplies rotary and vibratory sifters and integrates them with magnets and metal detection.
