In short

PTP supplies process components individually as well as inside complete systems: rotary airlock and blow-through valves, two-way and multi-port diverter valves, pneumatic and manual isolation valves, magnetic separators, metal detectors, industrial dehumidifiers, and stainless steel couplings, bends and ducting.

Rotary valves and airlocks

The workhorse of a powder line. A rotary valve feeds product into a pressurised conveying line at a controlled rate while holding the pressure seal that keeps the air where it belongs.

Diverter valves

One conveying line, several destinations. A diverter valve routes the product without anyone climbing up to swing a pipe by hand.

Isolation valves

The valve that lets one part of the plant stop while the rest keeps running. Simple to specify badly, and expensive to get wrong on a powder duty.

Magnetic separators

Tramp iron gets into every powder line — from delivery, from wear, from the last repair. A magnet is the cheapest place to take it out.

Industrial metal detectors

Magnets take out the iron. A detector catches the aluminium, the brass and the stainless that walked straight past them.

Industrial dehumidifiers

If a powder cakes in the hopper, bridges in the silo or blocks the packer on humid days, the problem is usually the air around it rather than the powder itself.

Pipe fittings and couplings

The unglamorous half of a conveying line. Fittings decide how fast it can be stripped for cleaning, how well it holds pressure and where it wears out.
